Real time annotation and bookmarking of the transcription allows you to place your notes at the appropriate reference point in the transcript on the fly, vastly improving the value of the transcript as a later resource.

e-transcript – Your transcript can be sent to you as a paper copy as well as delivered digitally to your email inbox or on a CD. Don’t worry about having the right software on your native machine; your etrans will include the appropriate software for opening and reading the transcript on your computer.

Transcript indexing – Whether you order a digital copy or a paper copy (or both!), we can create a comprehensive, searchable keyword index that greatly reduces the time you have to spend locating key testimony.

Videography – A video deposition offers an added dimension to a witness’ testimony, conveying tone, emotion and other nuances that are not easily gleaned from a written transcript. Our experienced videographers provide modern equipment and establish the right light and sound to capture and deliver a high-quality video that can prove very useful in trial preparation and legal proceedings.

Conference Facilities – Our office is located in downtown Decatur, just minutes from the courthouse. You can conduct your depositions, including video depositions, in our office, and you are welcome to utilize our conference room as needed.
